Following a successful career in corporate human resources, Nancy earned a masters degree in career development and opened her private practice in 1996. Through her coaching and speaking engagements, Nancy has helped hundreds of women throughout the United States create lifestyle friendly career paths. Nancy has authored three e-books, FlexJobs: Your Work, Your Life, Your Way, The Back-to-Work Toolkit: A Guide for Comeback Moms and The Layoff Survival Guide. She has appeared in numerous media outlets, including NBC Nightly News, CNN, The Wall Street Journal, MORE, FORTUNE, Better Homes and Gardens, Good Housekeeping and TIME. Nancy gained a national following as the Jobs and Moms Pro and the Career Transitions Expert for Oprah Winfrey's Oxygen Media Network. She has spoken to groups ranging from the Junior League - to the California Governor's Conference on Women - to a conference at Harvard Busines School on a variety of career related topics. Nancy holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of North Carolina/Chapel Hill and a M.S. in Career Development from the College of New Rochelle. She is certified as an MBTI administrator and as a Now What? 90 Days to a New Life Direction facilitator. She is an active member of the Entrepreneurial Women's Network and the Westchester Career Counselor's Network. Nancy resides with her husband and two daughters in Old Greenwich, CT. In her "spare" time, she cooks a mean pasta putanesca, is a devoted gym rat and loves cheering for Carolina basketball.
